We provide domestic courier services across Shaheen Delivery Express routes, including LHE–LHE, LHE–KHI, KHI–KHI, and KHI–LHE.
Service charges vary based on shipment type, destination, weight, and selected service (Overnight, Same Day, Economy, Cargo, etc.).
Sunday Delivery is available in selected areas with applicable charges.
Shaheen Delivery Express offers convenient doorstep pickup and timely delivery for all parcels. Our trained staff ensures each shipment is handled securely from collection to arrival, giving you a seamless and stress-free experience.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging their parcels.
Fragile or high-value items must be packed securely, as fragile labels alone do not guarantee safe handling.
Shaheen Delivery Express is not liable for any damage resulting from inadequate or improper packaging.
Customers may NOT send:
Currency, jewelry, gold, or precious stones
Hazardous materials such as chemicals, explosives, or flammable items
Illegal, prohibited, or stolen goods
Perishable items without proper arrangements
Important government documents unless allowed under specific service terms
All shipments are handled with care, but minor wear, dents, or marks during transit are considered normal handling.
In case of loss or significant damage proven to be the fault of Shaheen Delivery Express, compensation will be provided according to company policy, typically limited based on the type of shipment.
If a delivery cannot be completed, Shaheen Delivery Express will make reattempts as per our policy. Customers may also request parcel holding at designated locations for later pickup. In case of undelivered shipments after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to the sender according to service terms.
Shipping charges are based on the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Additional charges per kilogram apply depending on the selected service type.
If the customer declares an incorrect weight, charges may be adjusted accordingly.
Business clients receive payments according to the agreed payout cycle.
COD payments are released only after successful delivery confirmation.
Any incorrect banking information provided by the sender may result in payment delays.
Tracking information is available through the Shaheen Delivery Express website, hotline, or customer support.
Status updates depend on operational hours and scanning schedules.
Customers must ensure:
Accurate delivery address and contact number
Proper description of goods
Secure and appropriate packaging
Availability to receive the delivery or provide an alternate recipient
Pickup or label cancellation must be requested before dispatch.
Once the parcel is in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Customer data is kept confidential and used only for operational purposes.
Data is not shared with any third party except trusted partners directly involved in Shaheen Delivery Express deliveries.
Shaheen Delivery Express is not responsible for delays caused by weather, political situations, road closures, public holidays, law enforcement checks, customer unavailability, or incorrect addresses.
Shaheen Delivery Express reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
